SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Where applicable, upon completion of the checkout process, you shall receive an order confirmation with the necessary details & terms. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you of this. The dispatch confirmation email shall contain the tracking code for your order.

DISPATCH SCHEDULE
Delivery times are for IN STOCK items only. Please check the listing when purchasing. Please use the contact form if you have a deadline; we will always do our best to meet your timescale.

UK Delivery options
UK Standard Delivery – FREE. This is a tracked service. ( 2-3 working days )
Next-Day Special Delivery – £10 (Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1 pm – you must order and complete payment by 2 pm)
Saturday delivery – £12.99 ( Saturday by 1 pm, you must order and complete payment by 2 pm on Friday )
Subject to items being in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 1 pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be posted on the following Monday.
UK Public Holidays will affect delivery times. We are unable to post on a Bank Holiday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. You will receive an email dispatch notification once the item has shipped.
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say delivery has been attempted, please contact the delivery company using the details on the calling card. Please note that if you order items with different preparation times, we will ship both to the longer time stated. Please use the contact form if you require separate shipping.
FOR EU CUSTOMERS
Due to the UK leaving the EU, there has been a significant change in the way taxes are handled.
Our EU customers will now be charged an import tax based on their location and the local taxes.
European shipments will be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination.
Hannah Humpston Jewellery operates on a Duty Delivery Unpaid basis and cannot be held accountable for any customs duties and import taxes, as they are levied by the local tax authorities. The courier will collect this tax before they deliver your parcel.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer guidance on what the domestic charge will be at this time, as it varies across the EU. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine what this price is before placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES and fees, including any other additional charges.
When orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery – £25.00 per order.
We use Royal Mail International Mail services.
On occasions, we choose to courier an item instead and we will contact you for a telephone number if so.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, with estimated delivery times between 3-10 working days from the dispatch date.

Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
We are sure that you will be delighted with your items and all sales at Hannah Humpston Jewellery are considered final once you have received an email confirmation from us.
All items are quality checked before leaving the studio. Please fully inspect your item(s) before use for any damage. In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty or damaged, we have a 14 day policy for returns on damaged items. We request that you email us at hannah@hannahhumpstonjewellery.com with a picture of the damage before any further action is taken. A picture of the invoice and packaging will also be required. Items returned must be as they were received and with their original packaging. Returned items’ condition (from the point of receipt by the customer until they reach Hannah Humpston Jewellery) is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns will need to be sent using the form that we email to you after receiving your email notification. Hannah Humpston Jewellery will not be held liable for un-recorded returns lost in the post. Please ensure that you observe this, as loss of return mail is unlikely to happen, but in the interests of fairness it is required.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items we do not deem to be faulty.
An exchange of faulty or damaged items will be processed within 14 working days of items being received. Once we have received and checked the required picture(s) and or had the item sent back to us, we will then arrange for a replacement to be shipped. Please take the time to read our terms and conditions.
If you have a parcel arrive that looks like it has been tampered with, take pictures or a recording before opening. Once you have notified us of the damage please send images of damage / loss so we can begin claiming from Royal Mail. We may require the item or packaging to be sent back and the usual time frame for Royal Mail’s investigation to be completed is 14 days; however it can be up to 21 days so please be patient. Once a reply to our claim is received from Royal Mail we will exchange the products as you wish.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns, please take care to mark the goods as a ‘Returned Item’ correctly. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. As always, please ensure that you email us regarding the faulty/damaged goods in order to receive the correct return form from us.
REFUNDS
You have the right to receive a refund on faulty/unsatisfactory goods that are delivered to you. You must email us within 14 days of receiving unsatisfactory or damaged goods to request a refund. We must receive the goods within 14 days of your request being made and confirmed by us. At this point a refund will be made.
